Cement Casting – Plastic Casting and more
Whether cement, plastic, tin or wax cast, silicone mould making of an object or figure (model) is a very helpful and easy to learn technique.
This basic course is for beginners as well as advanced students. It covers in simple and practical steps the silicone mould making procedure.
In this one-week course we will focus on the following:
- Making small figure sketches from wax and clay by observing a live model
- Creating silicone negatives
- Using the silicone moulds for cement, plaster, plastic, wax, tin and clay casting
By the end of the week the course participants should know how to make their own silicone negatives and how to create duplicates in different materials.
The cost of materials will depend on how much has been used by each individual.
Each participant on this course will be asked to pay an additional amount of CHF 20.00 for the model.
